While I was in northern Greece, I saw or passed through some small and
beautiful villages on the mountains. Some of them, are so high that they
are covered under the snow for the whole winter and they are not
inhabited. The people are moving to lower ground. As it is now, with the
good mild weather extending till the end of autumn, there are still a
few people around.
Όσο βρισκόμουν στην περιοχή των Γρεβενών, στην Δυτική Μακεδονία μας,
είχα την ευκαιρία να δω και να περάσω από μερικά πανέμορφα χωριουδάκια.
Είναι τόσο ψηλά πάνω στα βουνά, που το χειμώνα λόγω του χιονιού που τα
καλύπτει, οι κάτοικοι τα εγκαταλείπουν για να πάνε χαμηλώτερα. Τώρα, με
το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο στην Βασιλίτσα, μένουν μερικοί που δουλεύουν σ'
αυτό και στα ξενοδοχεία που φτιάχτηκαν στα χωριά.
